A fully amenitised outdoor space offering a bar and terrace, with a flexible layout able to accommodate any event. Offering daily respite, with shady nooks, and excellent wifi, tenants will be able to work from their own backyard, while enjoying the breathtaking Manhattan skyline and sipping on their favorite drinks. Working with renown architects we have joined the mechanical and the modern on the 16th floor to create a space like no other.

Each floor at 330 Madison speaks to the overall quality of the building. Working with renown architects we have come up with a range of solutions which allow our tenants to easily tailor their plan configurations and choose from a range of materials to meet their needs and create individual identity. Finishes are composed to be both aesthetic and functional, to blend raw and refined; from acoustic ceilings articulated around the structure above to a mix of carpet and concrete flooring. Full-height, high-end materials and LED lighting with robust color rendering accentuate the volume of each space, while glass demountable partitions and maximized window height allow constant visual connection to the greater city beyond. At 330 Madison we have done all the heavy lifting, so that our tenants won’t have to.
